Before dinner, you’ll find refined pre-dinner options that open the appetite gently. After dinner, you can enjoy a coffee against the sea view or choose from our selected spirits. The Rumi Bar menu is built to follow you through the day: classic whiskies, elegant gins and liqueurs, signature hot blends, fresh mocktails and crafted house cocktails.
Among the highlights are an Aperol Spritz at sunset, an Espresso Martini to start the evening in style, and our signature “Ali Bey Martini,” which brings together tahini and espresso in a smooth, unexpected harmony. Custom creations like Road to Forest and Healthy Ginger offer layered aromas for guests who enjoy discovering something new.
