Set right by the water, this distinctive venue brings one of the most engaging culinary rituals of Far Eastern cuisine to the table: the teppanyaki show. At Kaigan Teppanyaki, chefs work with precision and rhythm; blades meet the heat, fire flares, and every movement turns dinner into a story.
Kaigan welcomes guests between 19:00 and 21:00, six evenings a week. With a limited number of seats and the gentle breeze from the shoreline, this is an experience designed to be shared in an intimate way. Reservations are required, not only to secure a table, but to be part of the evening’s live ritual.
At Kaigan, dinner becomes a connection. Each plate is presented with care, every gesture is offered with respect to the guest, and the atmosphere by the sea completes the moment. Some places grow more meaningful the more you return to them — Kaigan is one of those places.
